FAQ

Questions? Answered.

Everything you need to know before you start.

How do credits work?
Credits are your usage balance. The admin activates a credit package (25k, 45k or Unlimited) on your account, and your balance shows in your dashboard and in the extension. This version does not set a per-message price.
What if a chat stops working?
Tell the admin — the shared ChatGPT session is managed by hand and can be refreshed from the admin panel.
Do I need the Chrome extension?
Yes — the extension connects your account to ChatGPT, syncs the shared session, and enforces private chat (temporary chats + hidden history). Download it free from your member dashboard.
Can I use my account on multiple devices?
One account works on one device at a time. Logging in elsewhere signs out the previous session automatically.
How do I get credits?
Contact the admin to purchase a credit package. Your credits appear in your dashboard instantly after activation.
